What is Color Healing?
Have you ever wondered why you are drawn to wear a particular color, when you are feeling a certain way? Your mood or attitude is often reflected in your clothing color or preferences. Take a look around you now, take note of the room colors, window fittings, objects, flooring and your own clothing color.Everything in the Universe has its own vibration or frequency, and as such, people are drawn, consciously or subconsciously to the colors they need to help balance their feelings or emotions, in their daily life.
Color is an effective and powerful therapy and can be used to balance and enhance your senses, aura and emotional field. Color can help change your mood, your attitudes and thus your health.
As you become more in tune with your color energies, you will be able to use them to benefit your wellbeing.
By listening to your intuition in selecting and bringing color into your everyday life i.e. colors you wear, in your surroundings, your makeup, your bed linen etc., you will remain in tune to the vibration the color is creating. When you remain in tune to a color vibration you allow your awareness to speak.
You can also use color to benefit your animal friends!
Tune in to the colors in their surroundings, their possessions; leash, collar, bedding, for cats and dogs or under blankets and gear for horses, perches and mirrors for birds.

Flower Essences have long been proven to calm, soothe and enhance emotional perceptions - certainly since Dr Edward Bach put Flower Essences on the map in the mid 1900’s. These days Flower Essences don’t require much of an introduction. I asked a friend (A maker of potent Flower Essences) to collaborate with me. We chose flowers which would give a maximum boost in combination with my colors. I added those to a few of my products.
